Photograph the vet card and the health log fills itself in. Never miss a vaccine or a deworming again, and share the whole pack with your partner, live.
Paper booklets get lost. Spreadsheets get forgotten. The vaccine date is buried somewhere in a WhatsApp chat. Packwell keeps every dog's health, food and training in one place that you and your partner both see.
The card scanner
Photograph the vet card. We'll do the typing.
Take a photo of each page of the vaccination booklet. Packwell reads the visit dates, the product stickers and the batch numbers, and builds the health log for you.
Made for real booklets. Handwritten dates, peel-off vial stickers, English and Afrikaans labels, dates in day/month/year.
You stay in charge. Nothing is added until you have seen it. Untick a row, fix a date, then add.
It catches the slips. A next-due date earlier than the visit, a record you already logged, a sticker it could not read clearly: all flagged for you.
Reminders come free. Future "next due" dates turn into reminders, and the card photos are kept in your dog's file.
The card is read by AI ( Claude, from Anthropic). It is good, but it can be wrong, which is why Packwell always shows you the result to check first.
What you get
Everything your pack needs, in one place.
Built for people who look after several dogs, from a puppy's first shots to a working dog's training.
A health log you can trust
Vaccines, rabies, deworming, flea and tick. Batch and expiry numbers saved straight off the sticker. Log one visit for several dogs at once, add due dates to your calendar, and share a clean health passport with a vet, sitter or kennel.
One pack, two people
Invite your partner with a code or a link. You both see the same dogs, and a tick on one phone appears on the other. If one of you is offline, it catches up when you are back.
Feeding that adds up
Meals per day, grams per day and bag size. Packwell shows when the bag will run out, and has the Montego Classic puppy feeding guide built in.
Training that grows with the dog
Puppy Foundations for every dog, and a Working Dog Program for Malinois, shepherds and other working breeds. Four skill levels, a session timer and daily missions.
Small wins, every day
A pack check-in for breakfast, walks and training, with streaks, ranks and badges. It turns looking after your dogs properly into a habit you want to keep.
Works without signal
Everything is saved on your phone first, so the app is just as fast in the bush or at a field club. Your changes sync as soon as you are online again.
How it works
Up and running in a few minutes.
Add your dogs
Name, breed and birth date is all it needs. Packwell uses their age and breed to suggest the right training program and a typical puppy schedule.
Scan or log
Photograph the vet booklet, or add a vaccine, deworming or weigh-in by hand. Either way it lands in the same tidy log.
Share with your partner
Create a free account, send an invite, and the whole pack is on both phones.

Early access
Free, for now.
Packwell is new, and we are building it with our first users. Everything is open to you while we do. Later there will be a free plan for one dog, and a Pro plan for the whole pack and the Working Dog Program. You will hear about it long before anything is charged.
No. Packwell works on your phone without one. An account adds a backup, sharing with your partner and the card scanner.
Is it free?
Yes, during early access. A paid Pro plan for bigger packs is planned for later, and we will tell you well before anything costs money.
iPhone or Android?
Both, with no app store needed. On iPhone, open Packwell in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install app from the menu. It then opens full screen and works offline, like any other app.
How accurate is the card scanner?
It reads clear photos very well, but handwriting and overlapping stickers are hard for anyone. That is why you always get a review screen first, with anything uncertain highlighted. Nothing is saved until you say so.
Who can see my dogs' information?
Only you and the people you invite to your pack. Card photos are kept in private storage. See the privacy policy for the details.
Is this veterinary advice?
No. Packwell helps you keep records and remember dates. The puppy schedule and feeding ranges are general guidance, so always follow your vet's plan.
Does it replace a trainer?
No. The training programs help you practise and track progress. Protection work is never taught in the app: it is tracked only, and locked behind obedience, the dog's age and your trainer's sign-off.
Will there be an app-store version?
For now Packwell is a website that installs like an app, which keeps it quick to improve. Store versions may follow if enough people want them.
Give your whole pack the care it deserves.
It takes a couple of minutes to set up, and it is free while we are in early access.
